When you use the practice’s portal to arrange matters with us online and to view your file, you must log in with your personal email address + password.
We will be using DigiD in the short term.
We do this because we comply with national data protection standards.
This is what it means for you:
Your current login details will expire.
To log in you must be registered with DigiD.
If you do not have a DigiD registration?
Then you will have to register. This can be done by clicking on the logo below or via this link.
For your application you will need the following:
citizen service number (BSN)
address where you are registered with your municipality
(mobile phone
After your application, you will receive a letter with an activation code to activate your DigiD. DigiD will send this letter within 3 working days to the address where you are registered in your municipality.
